i dont think you will get many replies here. People here dont like scores to drop. I predicted this long ago.

I think scores dropping is good thing, many people will like that. why ll anyone here have problem with that ?

This is very good news. I think folks with >400 but <450 CRS who have been patiently waiting (after hitting their personal ceilings of possible CRS), at the minimum, deserve to be considered for PR. Of course, in an ideal world, everyone with an EE profile deserves an ITA (I'm trying to genuflect the detractors with this comment ). But like I said, "at the least" those with above 400 deserve such consideration. And ASAP. So this is indeed good news. Best wishes to all.
