Yes, but if you get invitation with one profile/total points and then it changes when you apply for PR then your application will no longer be valid since the invitation is based on your original profile. So you will HAVE to know the exact points you will get before getting the invitation.

The only change that one should make in the profile is if it increases your points. With IELTS points, there is no guarantee that you will get more points than what you predicted.

I got PER email on Dec 15 for FSWP 2014. Can I still apply for EE 2015. If yes, whats the process.
 
I am private college student in Canada two year coures IT field and august 18 already submitted FSWP 2014 noc 2173,I have scored 70 mark but after three month my file is return because cap is reached. Now getting job and job offer letter. I have not idea for submitting EE profile please advise and helping me

Does that mean that I can create my profile with a 4-year Bachelor's degree ECA, and then update my profile in ~6 months when I graduate from my Master's degree?
