There's one person who emailed CIC before about this.

Per CIC, you have to answer "NO" for this question.

1. XXXX applied to Citizenship and Immigration Canada before?

That's how I did it in my EE profile.

Please take a look at the video link on Express Entry posted below. It shows that candidates with the highest score even though they may not have a job offer, will be selected.

They say first draw is end Of January 8)

Hi, I would appreciate if someone can help me with my below questions:
1) Can I create an EE profile without the official ECA results from WES? I have a Masters degree so I know I can select that while filling up the EE form. But does the EE form somewhere ask you to fill up date or reference number of official ECA results?
2) The second thing is - I am getting different scores when I use CIC website's point calculator v/s using this website's unofficial calculator. According to the CIC - I should have 468 points but canadavisa.com's calculator only gives me 427 points. So can someone help me calculate my score?
My profile is: 31 yrs, Masters degree with 4.5 years of exp in the NOC that I am planning to applying in (7.5 yrs in total but 3 yrs exp was in a different NOC field)
My IELTS: L-8.5,R-8.5,W-8.5,S-7.5
My wife: has a Bachelor's degree and IELTS scores are: L-7.5,R-6.5,W-7.0,S-8.5
None of us have any Canada work exp or degree.

Thanks!

CIC result is more reliable, if you do not have wife's ECA, you cannot claim 8 point.

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. But just to be clear - I just applied for WES evaluation this week so I don't think I will have the offical assessment in hand if the 1st draw is end of January. Hence I was thinking - if the EE form doesn't require any details from your official ECA results (such as date of ECA or reference #) - then I can select my correct degree from the drop-down to complete the form. And then I should have the official assessment completed in couple of weeks just in case if need it to send anywhere.

To complete EE profile, it need ECA ref. number and date. Do you give the false information, it might ban you for years entering Canada

Alright, thanks for the information. That's what I wanted to know. I will just wait for another couple of weeks till I receive the final ECA to submit my EE profile.

I am planning to submit PNP Express Entry for the following provinces: Manitoba, NS, SK, BC & AB right after submitting my EE profile.
Each province require to indicate as Province of Destination in EE profile.
Would it be safe to just tick ALL PROVINCES or I have to tick individually?
Is there some limit if I choose to tick individually?

This question has been answered already here:

Hi there,
I happened to press 'Revoke GC Key' accidentally on my Express Entry profile and my GC Key got revoked.
My consultant says he is able to login without any errors and he has submitted my profile to the pool(after I had Revoked the GC Key) and also created Job Bank Profile for me.
I have also got a confirmation email about the creation of the Job Bank ID.
I am now able to login to the Job Bank with that id. But, when I tried to access the 'MyCIC Account', I am getting the below error

GCKey Revoked
Your GCKey User ID and Password have been previously revoked.

Please try again using a valid User ID and Password. If you don't have a valid User ID and Password, you will need to register for a new GCKey to access enabled programs and services
.

Can someone please clear this confusion? Is it possible to create Job Bank Id even if the GC Key has been revoked?
How will I be able to access My CIC Account?

Any views/suggestions are appreciated! Thanks..
