Hello,

I have a question in the express entry calculator, if I completed my Masters and there is a question:
In addition to the certificate selected above, have you completed a 2nd post-secondary diploma/certificate?

What does this mean?
Does it mean i have another masters degree? or a bachelor degree is enough?

Thanks

I haven't use the calculator, so I'm not sure.

You can confirm everything here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp
The information is quite complete.

Hello,

How should I calculate the points for official language proficiency, if I have:

listening: CLB 8
reading: CLB 9
writing: CLB 9
speaking: CLB 9

Is it number points X the lowest CLB, meaning 23X4?
or the points for each CLB, in my case 23+31+31+31= 116?

Thank you.

It's not mandatory. Only if you want to claim points for it.

It's a standard ECA. So you will have to request the universities to send the docs directly to WES or ICAS. It's best to check with them.
