The only problem would be an increase in competition as for Canadian experience class there will be lots of applicants who fullfil the criteria but how are they going to rank the candidates who all fitting the one year experience.

that does makes sense. i had applied in the fsw 2013 in feb 2014 still waiting for medical, my best friend was supposed to apply in fsw 2014 but he got 5.5 in reading so we thought it would be better if he prepares well for ielts and applies for EE2015 only

Cic is the most unpredictable among all the universe. They started FSWP program after a pause of around 2 years but several time in between they promised and prospond the program. So who knows express entry will come to an action in time

I am new in this Express Entry 2015 Preparation !! Can anyone apply for Express Entry if s/he has already applied for 2014 FSW?

please help me to know about this if you have any idea.

Hi No you will have to make a separate application for express entry .Those will apply to any program before january 2015 those application wont be taken into express entry.

I think the question is can someone apply for Express Entry while still having a pending application for FSW 2014 in case there is no feedback yet by the time express entry starts?

I think if your FSW 2014 is unsuccessful, for example, cap is reached or lack of points, then you can apply for express entry.

Pessimist or optimist won't influence Canadian immigration minister my dear friend. So it's better to be realistic and not emotional

Yes you can apply. You can even apply for different NOC code if your job duty matches with more than one NOC.

If you want to be considered for express entry, you have to file a separate application. You can send the copy of the IELTS with an explanation. It is allowed if your original is already with CIC. This is based on current rules for FSW.
