Express entru profile creation system stuck

Hi guys,

I have started creating my application.

On the 1st page i am asked for details so I am filling on behalf of my wife who is the promary applicant in this case.

On her passport she has her given name as here name and followed by my name as middle name while she has no last name.
So in the application I did the same so was unable to go ahead with the same as Last name is mandatory.

As suggested in this forum I have put Last name as her given name and left her first name as blank now it get redirected to some establising security page but dosent display anything(totally blank)...

I logged out and logged in again and still I am facing issue with the same.

Can anyone help with the same.

Suggest write as written in her passport.
Write first name as given name and your name (as in her PP) as her family name.

but in her passport her given name is X Y where X is her name and Y is my name and here surname/last name is blank if I give my name as surname then that wont match passport, right?
also the screen just get stuck is there an alternative to that?

I don't think, but try using '.' and write an LoE, but i doubt if it'll work.

Anyway you can write X in given name and Y in family name, and attach an LoE (when you apply) to explain the discrepancy in her name in PP & EE.

I hve filled the application with all names in given name and this time it worked.


quick query I was filling my details(secondary applicant) and it asked for studies and profession and I was expecting that I don't need to mention that as a secondary applicant.will I need to show proofs for the same?as I have not done ECA and nor is my work experience in Canada..how does it go down the line while submitting documents after ITA is given.
