I am coming from America, landing in Canada. My husband and sponsor to Canada is a Canadian citizen who came to America with me and overstayed his visitor visa 4 years ago. We tried but couldn't afford a green card for him. Technically, he is overstayed and illegal in America.
We are EXPORTING our car from the U.S border, at Sault are. Marie. We are moving permanently. Should I worry about my husband being with me at the U.S border? Can I drop him somewhere, do my business at the border, go back and get him and then cross to canada??
