So my husband is writing a explanation letter is it gonna be necessary to also let them no the person. That had my immagration letter and held it away from my husband and I also should i mention there name or keep it out BC I only wanna be honest with them of why he stayed out status for so long

There is no point in blaming anyone else. It was 100% his own fault that he went out of status and that he has remained here illegally for so long.
