Explaination Letter for work experience

I had experience from India for a year.
The experience contains first four months as internship but was full time. There were no school, full time work.
How do I explain this in experience letter - to consider that time in full time Work Experience?

Was this paid internship? was it NOC 0/A/B? We need more information.

It was a paid internship and turned into full time job. But I do not have salary slips.
I can get letter from my employer mentioning duties and salary.
NOC category B.

Then it's fine, you can claim this work experience.

If the duties and responsibilities are the same for both positions then you can simply have one reference letter. As long as it mentions that it was a paid internship you'll be fine.
