If someone has gone through the Federal skilled worker visa program and have successfully received the visa, could you please share the expiry date on confirmation of permanent residence? Is it one year or 3 years?

The CORP validity is always less than one year. How long it is valid for depends on when the medical was completed and sometimes on the passport expiry date. A CORP would never have a three year validity.

The COPR does not have an expiry date, once completing your landing formalities - it is considered valid for life - unless you fail to meet residency obligations and loose your status as a PR.

However the immigration visa is bound by a time limit.
