expiring passport (pls help)

My Uncle has a visitors visa to come into canada. (He has a multiple visa) And he has a Philippine passport.He wants to come on April 26 to May 26 of 2014. However, his passport is expiring on Nov 10, 2014. Does he needs to renew passport first before enetering canada? thanks ion advance

No, it only has to be valid to the last day of his stay.
