expired us visa how to enter canda pls help

hi i am a turkish citizen who is currently in USA with an expired(2 years ago) 4 month j-1 visa ( i got totally 3 j-1 visas in my passport belongs to 3 years) my turkish passport expired ( i cant extend because of army duty back in Turkey) now i am tired of trying to study in usa with my invalid usa visa i would like to go to canada with study or work- visa visa or pr is there any ways to do that p.s. i got a valid usa driver license if still works at usa canada border

Only US citizens can cross the border without a passport. There's no way you're going to be able to legally get into Canada in that situation.
