Expired TRV

I had visitor visa, and its expired because passport is expired too... I have a new passport now, and want to apply for TRV. Is there a renewal option to merge with old passport number?? OR directly new application under new passport number. Please advice, and thanks in advance

You cannot renew a TRV. You apply for a new one with new passport.
