I would like to ask if I can still enter Canada through US land border with an expired PR card and only a few days left before I don't meet RO? I would enter Canada while I still meet RO. My PR card is in the process of being renewed.

Yes you can enter.

Since you are so close to not meeting RO, CBSA may decide to report you for RO non-compliance anyways if they can't or don't want to be bothered to determine your specific amount of days in Canada over the past 5 years. If this happens you can still enter Canada but will need to appeal and present your evidence of meeting RO at your hearing.
