My daughter call the call center and was told that her file was in the London Immigration office.
Her son got ill couple of times and he is only 2 years old and has no status in Canada.
He came with his mum (my daughter). His Visit visa needs extending and that will also
cost money
My daughter faxed a letter to 1-519-691-8175
It has come to my knowledge that my application for renewal Permanent Resident Card has been forwarded to your
department in London Ontario.
Please would you review my application on compassionate grounds because I have a 2 year old son by the name
of Ahmed Ali Humayun Channa, born 9th January 2011 in UK Manchester. He has been with me in Canada since 7th
May 2012
My son Ali does not have any medical in Canada. Ali is a very bright child and I want to put him into a Preschool but my
main concern is that he does not fall ill as he is not covered for OHIP. I have been trying my best to keep him healthy as
possible. Ali today 8th March 2012 is ill with temperature and all I can do is buy medication over the counter.
I am writing this letter for my son health as there has been occasion that he has fallen ill with ear and throat infection and I
couldn't take him to hospital or a doctor due Ali being a visitor in Canada.
My parents are supporting Ali and me as much as they can in every way they possibly can. They too are worried for their
grand child.
If there is anything you need from me to help you to help me to get my PR Card please let me know. As I would like to change
the status of my son Ali and myself to a Canadian Resident so mother and son can enjoy living in Canada with one less stress in life.
I would like to put a request to you to review my application for renewal of my PR Card on compassionate grounds and as soon as
possible and please put it on fast track.
I truly would appreciate it very much if you could feel as a parent as I am very worried for my son health.
I need some advice. Should I hire a Immigration lawyer?
