Expired pr card and returning to canada

Actually I am a Bangladeshi national requiring visa to go to saint pierre and miquelon, France and my plan is to reenter Canada by private boat or other vehicle to go Fortune of Newfoundland, admitting that I might be reported but whether or not I would be reported, I would like to test my luck. The reason why I am taking this route is my B2 visa refusal of America.
Once again, anyone have experience like this, pls share with me.

Even if you make it to Canada illegaly, you will never be able to renew your PR card, nor receive any benefits such as provincial health care, a social insurance number or anything.

You shouldn't think of yourself as a Canadian PR anymore, because even though you technically still are until you voluntarily renounce, you can't renew your documents and you don't qualify anymore for not having met your obligations.

You can't, even if you are still a PR of Canada (you don't automatically lose your PR status) you will 100% not be allowed in with an expired PR card. You'd need a PR travel document which you are not eligible to get.

So you will not be allowed to enter to Canada ever again.

Your options:

1. Apply to have your case reviewed and wait for a decision. But of course unless you can justify it, it's almost certain there is no way this will work and most likely take a very long time, even years.
2. Voluntarily renounce your PR status and reapply for PR through Express Entry or any other way.

Sorry, but that's the harsh reality.
You shouldn't consider yourself a PR anymore, actually since 5 years ago.

This gives the correct information, unlike that provided by you.

 has acquired permanent resident status; and
 has not subsequently lost that status under section A46.

11.1 Rights of permanent residents

Subsection A27(1) provides that a permanent resident has the right to enter and remain in
Canada subject to the provisions of the Act.
Subsection A19(2) requires an officer to allow a permanent resident to enter Canada if
satisfied following an examination on their entry that they have that status.
Permanent residents who are under enforcement proceedings keep their permanent resident
status and retain the right to enter Canada until a final determination of their loss of status
has been made.

Possibly you do not know the Canadain PR right and other rules and regulations. You should study more and more. PR ship is not revoked otherwise reported and taken a action by the government authority like CBSA and IRCC etc. I advise you not to reply anybody like me if not well informed.

Actually now i am thinking of applying anew from zero voluntarilly repealing the status. Would it be ok if i apply for both together? That is revoking and reapplying simultaneously.

You should apply to revoke a few months before applying for PR again.

But the rules say that if you are still PR, you can do applications to revoke the status and reapplication for PR again. It expains in this way that first the officer will process revocation application after that proceed the PR application. I am going to reapply for SINP in occupation in demand category to avail PR ship again. Would they investigate my past case application data records.
