Expired Medicals

Good afternoon
I received PPR yesterday to which my online profile also updated to my medicals being passed on the same date. (my medicals were done July 2018 so technically 3 months over the year validity)

Do I need to repeat my medicals? I didnt receive any request for this.

Also there is a question about change in health, what exactly does one report in this section? Does this include surgery done after my medicals?

Was it a major surgery ? Where you on any medication at the time of your earlier medicals }??

i was not on any medications and not on any at present.
it was a laparoscopic benign cyst removal.
