Expired COPR received medical

Hi guys
my wife she received a reply from IRCC for her expired COPR her permanent resident visa approved before march18 and she applied under family class sponsorship category.
"" The Immigration Medical Exam (IME) results for you or a dependent family member have expired. It is not possible for IRCC to extend the validity of your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CRDP) and Permanent Resident Visa (VRP) when the IME results have expired. A new IME must be done. Once the results of the new IME are received, we will be able to extend the validity of your CRDP and VRP, and issue a letter of authorization.''
i am confused about this response whether she can go for upfront medical examination or she need to wait for IRCC medical instructions.Any one have received reply like this.She is from India.

Yes you have to do upfront medical. Don’t wait for their email as it will take months for them to send you email. Just do another upfront medical and send new medical sheet with help of webform.

@tommybenet965 Hi! I applied through a webform for an extension of the copr as even my copr was accepted before March 2018. However, I only recieved an email for my detailed quarantine plan. It’s been more than two months since I submitted my plan and I am yet to recieve any response. Is this the same process you applied? Did you receive the above mail after sharing your detailed quarantine plan? Could you please share your timeline on this? Would really help! Also, have you done the medical? Did they ask for anything specific?

HI i also processed the same way but i haven't received any .detailed quarantine plan.I have received a email saying medical examination is expired and i have to submit a new medical exam.

I have an expired COPR and my medical has expired as well. I haven't done an upfront medical yet. I called one of the approved medical clinics and they suggested to wait for the official request from IRCC to do the medical. I'm confused if I should wait or do it.

Don't wait for IRCC Instruction for medical it will take long time for me I had wait almost 4 still I didn't re still I didn't receive any request from Ircc so I did the refund medical and I submitted and they now I got a reply from ircc application status has been updated. in case future if they ask for the medical you can link the existing Upfront medical with the new one that's what my medical clinic said.

Hi Andrea I just wanted to update you some today I had received a IME request for getting new medical exam so be care full before proceeding with UP-FRONT MEDICAL EXAM.

Will there be a problem if I do the up-front medical exam before I get an official request? I should be able to link it with my application, right?

Hello,

So COPR expired for parets and medical as well. Today received request for medical, anyone knows what would be process like?
Would it again go through similar process PCC, PPR, COPR what is timeline ? Thanks
