Expired Conditional Acceptance Letter (New Zealand)

Hi,

I received my Conditional Acceptance Letter, but it expired before I applied to the CIC (unforeseen circumstances) I understand that I am able to re-apply but do I do this through my existing kompass acount or create a new one?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
