Hi, My conditional acceptance letter, due to unforeseen circumstances, expired before i was able to apply to the CIC. I understand that I am able to re-apply, but do I do so through my existing Kompass account or do I need to create a new one? Any advice greatly apprreciated! Thanks, Ed
