You can apply without IELTS but it won't Do any good as they would have the record of your IELTS as you applied in SPP before and would use a UCI number.

Hello,

10th Marks are good. 12th over is percentage is good to as long as it is 50 or above. However, as you selected Business General diploma (I believe in Humber), this program is core subejcts such as financial accounting, economics, business studies etc and you have scored less in accounting (which is financial accounting in 12th standard) and business studies. But yes there is nothing you can do about it to change or upgrade. However, even your IELTS is okay (as it meets the eligibility criteria, for any undergrad program or for bachelors degree, 6 over all with no band less than 5.5 is required). But why just barely meet the criteria, one should always aim for higher. So focus on what all you can improve with your file for next application.

1. IELTS,

2. Course selection

For example you can opt for Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce in Humber or Thompson River University.

3. SOP - Of course you have to explain well why this course and why did you score less in accounting and how this course in Canada will help you grow academically and professionally?

4. Under SPP, there isn't much needed or option to show such as ITR, Property papers etc. However, as you are now applying under General category, you can apply with same GIC and pay the fee for another program.

Do you have any study gaps?

Sometimes the visa officer don't tell the exact reason for the visa refusal,and if u want to apply again for study visa First of all you should get the Caips Notes from the embassy.Caips note is a document in which detailed information about the visa rejection case is given and by getting it you can improve your profile for next application ??Ask your consultant for providing you the caips notes.Some good consultants provide it for free.

@Jaspreet and Sandhu,

CAIPS notes is not for free. It attracts a fee of 40 CAD and takes 40 working days time. However, in your case Mr. Sandhu, CAIPS notes arn't necessary as the rejection letter wasn't generic and had a specific rejection reasons. (if you provided exact info as per your rejection letter in your initial thread).

Changing course is not at all a problem. I am assuming you haven't reapplied for visa yet.

Sheridan college's programs which suit your profile;

CODE: PBSAA - Business Administration - Accounting

CODE: PBAFC - Business Administration - Finance (it's an advance diploma)

Now, as said in my first post, you need to work on IELTS and a strong SOP.

Changing program to Economics, usually not many college/uni offer program such as bachelor programs specializing in Economics. There are some, you got to research on your own, I will give you some options like Dawson college and check the following link;

Cheers!
