Experts please: Have transcript, but no diploma. What may be the outcome?

Hi,

The university I graduated from handed me the transcript and will give out the diploma only in 5 years after graduation - that's because I am a scholarship student.

However I can get an official letter from the university that states all of the information contained in the diploma: years attended, degree awarded, etc.

So if I submit only the transcript and that letter, but not the diploma - could the 20 points I claimed for education decrease because of this?

Please advise.

Get a letter from your UNI and send in both to be on the safe side i.e Transcripts + Letter
The letter should explain/inform the CIC why you have not been given the Diploma.
