Hi

My agent says that I have to submit contract or appointment letter and salary slip of last two months of current job.

Do we need to submit it or just a experience letter with CIC format would suffice?

Ihave tailor-made my position n my manager has given me letter. More document will land me in more questions and problems.

Anyone here who has onli submitted employment letter for Fsw outland and got PR ?

As long as your letter from your employer fulfills all of CIC's requirements, yes - that is enough.

The bank letter does not have anything to do with your employment situation. That is a separate requirement to ensure you can support yourself in Canada. The amount you need depends on how many people are migrating with you. See the current amounts here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

It is usually better to submit additional evidence of employment, this may also include bank statments showing salary paid.

It is only better if the reference letter does not include all the required information. Otherwise, it is not needed.

It is not mandatory. Please refer to this website, note it does not list any of the documents your agent is asking of you as mandatory:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

"The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which

should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),

should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits"

If your reference letter includes all of the requirements stated above, you do not need to send another document. I didn't, and my application was approved without an issue.

'sure, I dont think i've said it is mandatory did i? ;D

However, as I it is BETTER, even if the reference letter has all the requied info.

Reason being, additional documents help to avoid any issues and as each case is different i recommend to supply additional evidence to avoid any issue during processing.
