actually i am currently in canada and i got admission in sept 2012 in mohak college but i migrate (or change my college) from mohak college to humber college for january 2013. but i want to go to india in the last month of nov. 2012 for my personal reasons....so is there any problem i faced by immigration department during traveling...or is they deport me back to india or cancel my visa or study permit.....plz guide me experts...plzz tiger and nomi...or provide me any no. of embassey from where i get correct information so that i secured my visa...thanks

If u have valid study permit and TRV then don't worry, if u have transferred to same level of studies then u are ok,in my opinion u don't need to inform any one...but wait for others to reply on it....

thanks momi for reply..plz tell me what is TRV..from where i get it. second my diploma in mohakh college is Ontario College Advanced Diploma which is of three year and my visa is also vaild for three year including co-op but now my diploma in humber college is Ontario Secondary School Diploma which is one year program started in january 2013. and tell me also that from where i get the exact information. thanks you.

its a post secondary diploma from mohak college and in humber college it is a ontario college certificate program.

TRV stands for the temporary resident visa........

It can be a problem if changed downward but for upward change there should not be any problem, but it is my opinion , and there is hardly any example of downward level change on this forum...Check out the above two links , hope fully it will help...
