I know this is not rigth place but to post this que but i post it every where and no ans.
I think i have submet a wrong size photos for my wife in application for pr applicatin under pnp.
Now what will happen to my applicatin and what can i do?
I am the principle applicant and she is dependent.

call cic and check. i don't think photo size wrong should have any major impact.

If something is wrong - they'll ask you to submit new passport photos

But, you could call them and ask to see if everything is ok

call them now. i think you will get the right direction. I would say re-send the photos because as per the photo specification document "If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed."

I was just so waoried about my application get back to me for that resone, but i think it should not after reading all this comment.

Hi, I'd like to know what happened to this situation too... My partner and I just submitted our application via Express Entry and I'm not sure how to update the photo I uploaded.

So I came across this the other day which I think may calm you down

It says:
At this time, the electronic photos uploaded by applicants cannot be used for the permanent residence card; therefore, CIC will not reject an application as incomplete if the photos submitted do not comply with CIC’s prescribed photo specifications.

The ‘Passport Request’ letter, therefore, includes a request for hard copy photos. Applicants are instructed to mail these photos to CIC.

Hence since those photos you submitted online are not actually used for the PR card it should be just fine and if anything they will just ask to resubmit. Even once you give them your hard copy photos, if there are issues they just ask to resend.

Will the documents be returned because the wrong sized photo?
I make the same mistake, and I just called the IRCC, they don't have my application file in system yet. So I have to wait for the application number.
I am so worried.

This looks like an old thread.

You'll know if your photos are accepted or not. CIC will notify you.
