Hello guys,
My father has a house under his name. Do I need to take a 100 % transfer of ownership of that house from my father under my name ?

Can I show the property in joint owner ship with my sister and mother or I need to show the 100% ownership under my name to make a strong tie proof ?
Plz reply soon.

Depends on the Scenario:
Are you sponsoring yourself- Then Yes 100% in your name
Are you and your parents going to be joint sponsors- Then no it should in your parents name
Are you under 25 and your parents are sponsoring you- Then no it should remain in your parents name

Like I mentioned earlier on it depends: Are you sponsoring yourself if yes then try to put it in your name.

Ok.

Ok. But my father will pay my fees including gic plus one year or semester fee whichever required to obtain the offer letter. I am not paying for my expenses.
You need to show strong ties to your home country. Given your age, it would be much better if you funded your studies entirely on your own (including living expenses) and to show ties such as property, assets, etc.

Thanks. I have opened a savings account which is 6 years old. I have approx. 30000 CD in it. My father has a separate saving account which has some good funds. What would be the good option. Can I show funds in my account only or i need to show both the accounts ?

Thanks. But my father will pay my tution expenses.
1) Let your father deposit the money into your account and then you pay the tuition fees yourself.
2) Because of your age, You should be your own sponsor. This isn't difficult because your account balance is sufficient.
3) The document should be in your name 100%
4) Your second proof of ties are your parents. So even though they are not sponsoring you, You should include a letter of support from them notarized by a lawyer. and then go ahead to include their bank statement.
5) In your letter of Explanation also list all the documents you have attached in your application.

In summary when filling your application form - You should select yourself as your sponsor.
But when attaching the documents also attach your parents bank statements and letter of support.
