Expert Advice : PR in Ontario

Hi All,

I need advice on CEC Immigration Process for my Fiancee.

Her profile:

• Landed Canada : August 2012
• College : Humber College
• Course : Post Graduate Diploma - Project Management (8 Months)
• Job Started : 20th May 2013
• Job Title : IT Project Manager (Full Time)
• Post Graduate Work Permit Timeline : 10th August 2013 - 10th August 2014

My questions are:

1. As per eligibility of CEC IMM Program, the candidate must have at least 1 year of full time employment. When this one year is counted from? the date she got job or from the commencement of Post Graduate Work Permit? i.e. from 20th May 2013 or 10th August 2013?

2. If it starts from the start date of my PGWP, when should she be applying for PR as her one year will complete on 10th August 2014 and before that she'll not be eligible.
