Expert Advice Needed : Visa for Indian from Denmark

Hi frnds,

I am studying one year MBA at aarhus University in Denmark.The course completes in August 2014.

I am indian citizen and in past have been rejected student permit to canada.I am planning to visit canada to meet my friend in toronto for 10 days.

Can you help me what documents i need and it will be as per denmark standard or Indian .

I can show 2000 CAD in my account with return flight tickets while applying.(will it do as i am studnt here and stdying ???)

Kindly help me in detail in layman terms.

Have your friend send you a invitation letter for visit
Apply online and simply state that your a student in denmark with bank a/c ( upload docs )

Process is same everywhere, but since you are a student there - its a legit reason to apply as they don't prefer ppl who are on a visit to other countries and apply for visa

how much money should be minimum i show.

does invitation from friend is must or i can show some invitation from temple and give reason for religious event

i would request you to give me documents details and link for same .

i am looking to get 10 years multipe entry visa...can i get it ?

You are probably best to request a single entry visa on first try. Think about your questions from VO perspective. Would they believe a temple you have never visited would invite you to visit? Would they suspect you were not bring truthful about your visit reason? Always show all your assets, financial and property. Don't forget that it isn't just showing enough money to support your holiday, but to have money left in the account to live on once you return. Having a job that provides sufficient income goes a Long way to show you will not overstay.

If i show my skool friend stays there..i will visit him for one week in summer vacation of my mbs program.

I want to get multiple visa as i am keeping all option open.

I might try to get job in canada and convert tourist visa in to work permit if opportunity is given,

Please assist.

You should be ok to request multi entry, I think the most is 5 years or one month before the expiration of your passport, whichever comes first. VO give you shorter if he/she wants to.

If they suspect you are going to work then your application will definitely get rejected.

Money to bring is based on your duration of stay, amount need to be sufficient, you gotta figure out what sufficient is
