Hello friends,,,,,,
I am preparing my file for 2013 FSWP. I want to know one thing, What we need to show for our work experience. I have just my experience letter from my employer and don't have my pay stubs.
Please let me know what we need to submit for getting experience points.

only experience letter will not be acceptable you need to submit letter or letters containing you designation, length of employment, salary, and job discription(very important).you can submit other supporting document with experience letter like contract letter, increment letter. but you need to have the letter explaining your job discription, other wise you wont get the point for that period.

you need to submit at least for 4 years employment to get the full point. otherwise you will get the point based on the document you submitted.

If i can provide a letter reference containing my designation, length of employment, salary, job description and no of hours work, is it ok NOT to submit pay stubs and employment contract???

I think the number of years will increase to obtain full points for experience in the next FSW application.
When you are putting together your package think of it from the perspective of the VO. What would it take to convince you of someone's occupation and the duties they perform? Supply as much documentation as you can. You only get one chance to prove yourself. Don't repeat the NOC description verbatim. Good luck.

hi all.
me too have some doubt in mind about my status. My last ten year experience are as under with douments available.
1) 1 year experience - BE Apperence as graduate engineer in Gujarat state electricity board ( appointment letter, relieve letter, experience letter) - No pay slip as salary is fixed and given in cash.(not as per noc list selected)
2) 6 month experience - Engineer post in private company (offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter, confirmation letter, out of 6 months 3 months bank salary statement) - No reference letter and pay slip.(not as per trade selected)
3) 7 years experience as per NOC list ( all the doucments required are available).
please guide us if i put the doucments which are available will it do or they demand more in above to experience (1) and (2).
