do you have any former colleagues who would write a notarized statement?

Yes they can confirm that I was working with them in the company. Would this suffice just a written self declaration from them ( how to notarize it?).

Also I was working from 2007 to end 2010 in another company.
2011 to 2016 in this company
And since 2 months I have been working in new company.

Please advise what would be the best way to meet employment criteria for immigration.

Regards

If you have up to 3 years of work references it should be enough. You need a minimum of 1 continuous year. For the how to notarize, search the forums. I don't remember exactly everything that was listed or required to prove it (it includes besides the notarized statement, pay stubs and such) But don't worry it can be solved.

Thanks for the Info and advise! One last thing is it important to declare all jobs or if 1 job is more than 3 years( as in my case my first job is 3.5 years) so can I just declare this and then my current job.

This could save me from the complexities of getting things notarized and creating unwanted suspicion.
Regards

You can only declare one job with 3 years experience and move the rest to personal history. The only thing I'm unsure of in your case is the old experience (more than 5 years) I don't remember what it said in the EE profile.

If you're updating only your first and third job then it better be in the same noc or you will be losing points. Also for EE it won't be a problem to not mention your second job, but in the ITA you would need to give a strong loe as to why it's in your history and not in your work exp. cause it's very recent and not having it in your work section will show a gap between 10-17
