Experince Certificate(Roles n Responsibilities) Content Dilemma

Hi All,

I am in process of applying for Immigration under NOC 2171. I have got experience certificate mentioning my roles and responsibilities from all my previous employers(5). As i have requested my employers to give me certificate of Roles and Responsibilities on company letter head. so I have drafted my roles and responsibilities for each company and send it to them. Unfortunately most of the roles and responsibilities points mentioned in each of the letter are having similar words and lines because i have drafted it. Now this lead me to big dilemma that will it create a doubt in Visa Officer's mind and create picture of copy paste roles and responsibilities in each letter. Please suggest each letter is having 7 to 8 points out of 10 to 12 , which are similar with other employer's letter.

- Conducting Business Requirement Workshops to gather requirements and preparing the Business Requirements documents.
- Preparing Design documents, data flow diagrams, Data Interface structures and Interface Control Documents.
- Estimating the effort and providing the project delivery timelines.
- Document, develop and deliver various interfaces based on agreed design between Client Middleware and its partners.

- Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications. Training the end users on new functionalities developed during the releases.
- Analyzing and evaluating system program needs.
- Implementation of requirements catering to changes in screens, configuration and back-end related changes. Repository maintenance (export and import repository and performing ddlsync). Involved in the areas of Analysis, Coding, Scripting, Developing, testing and Production support.
- Identifying various scenarios for functional and regression testing.
- Involved in the test scenario execution for functional and regression with the use of Mercury Quality Center. Involved in Estimations, Release/Cutover, Problem Management and Major Incident Management.
- Accepting the assigned business demand stories in RPM (Release Plan Meet) phase based of several rounds of discussions with stakeholders. Involved in the RBT (Risk Based Testing) to finalize the scripts based on the priority cases in DR testing to minimize the cost to client.

Thanks Raj for sharing the info.

But my question is different i have already got the certificate of roles and responsibility from employers. Only dilemma is it looks similar and wording is same as other compays' certificates. Need to know will it raise concerns in Visa officer's Mind.

can I use the baove roles for 2171, any problem if its copy paste from NOC site?

As long as its given in a company letter pad and your roles and responsibilities is same in each companies , it should be good provided i think that you did the same role as well.

Yes Roles are same in all companies. I hope Visa Officer accepts my experience certificate. really worried about it

I have 2.5 years for experience in software development.Can I apply under 2171 with below duties. In first week of October Please suggest.
