Experiences at Service Canada

Hi ladies and gents, I am going to visit Service Canada office in Montreal the day after I arrive to get my SIN number so that I can work. I am going in at 0830, but I have another appointment at 10.30. Based on your experience (has anybody used this branch?) is 1 and a half hours enough to complete forms / deal with formalities? Are there usually lots of people and a long wait? How much time should I realistically allow?

Did not do it in Montreal, but took me and my wife roughly 20 minutes to get everything. No waiting. Did it early afternoon, the week we got to Vancouver. Good luck
