Experienced opinions please....

Hello Guys,
I am from Pakistan. I have completed 16 years of education including MBA in Finance. I want to apply at the Fanshawe College in London, Ontario for a full time Graduate certificate course. Will I get a visa approval or I must apply in a University program?

I am presently in Dubai pursuing Masters in Applied Finance from the University of Wollongong Dubai. I want to apply for a Canadian study permit due to lack of jobs in Dubai.

If you are completing a second Masters, it really doesn't make any sense for you to be coming to Canada to take a Graduate certificate course. You should really be applying either for another Masters - or better yet, a PhD.

OK thanks. I was thinking to leave my present course and apply for a full time certificate course but I will really think about it again....
