You will find a lot of experiences in this thread.

Hi,

1. USA FBI takes a lot of time to arrive typically 13 to 15 weeks (recently they are processing faster) so apply for US FBI PCC as soon as you get an ITA. Basically all your docs should be ready to be mailed.
2. Use Credit Card so you will get notified when it gets charged and expect a timeline.
3. Follow forum so you know which applications are getting processed.
4. If you know for sure your points can easily get you another ITA in the next round then decline invitation so when you get another ITA you will have your USA PCC. People do create multiple express entry profiles because some documents don't arrive on time. Instead of declining the invitation you can do this too.
5. If you don't have any other option, you can submit your e-APR application with receipt showing that you applied for USA PCC on time and you are waiting for this. You can explain this in the letter of explanation.

Please read other posts in the forums related to FBI PCC. This is the most time consuming aspect I have found. I am glad you are asking this.

It is illegal to create multiple profiles. Please do not suggest anything illegal to anyone.

Thanks for all the comments.

Will let you guys know how the process goes.

If i decline a ITA, when i apply at a later date do i have to do a LOE stating why i decline?

I would recommend you to send it to an address in the US(Friends, family, etc). it's currently taking 8-10 weeks inside, outside I have no idea but for sure it's slower since they use regular mail. You could trim 1-3 weeks of waiting time and save yourself from a huge headache by having someone receive it and mail it to you through a courier (fedex, dhl, ups). It would require some more $$ but it all depends on how soon you need it.

Why courier? They can just scan it and email it. After all we just need a scanned copy anyway.
