If i decline a ITA, when i apply at a later date do i have to do a LOE stating why i decline?
I would recommend you to send it to an address in the US(Friends, family, etc). it's currently taking 8-10 weeks inside, outside I have no idea but for sure it's slower since they use regular mail. You could trim 1-3 weeks of waiting time and save yourself from a huge headache by having someone receive it and mail it to you through a courier (fedex, dhl, ups). It would require some more $$ but it all depends on how soon you need it.natasha12345 said:Hi All

Why courier? They can just scan it and email it.
