Experience valid or not?

Hai,
I had worked in a government engineering college in India as a Mechanical workshop Instructor (temporary staff) from August 2017 to April 2018( one academic year) and again from August 2018 to December 21 2018 . I had to resign from there due to my studies in Canada . Now I am planning to apply as a Federal skilled working class category . Is this experience is valid. When I checked NOC it is A level. Can any one give an answer?

It's not valid unfortunately since you need to have one year of continuous work experience. The experience you have is not continuous.

But but there is a usual 3 month break between May and July. Then I started working again in the same position and same college for next academic year. So can I combine the working months??

No - you can't unfortunately. The work experience must be continuous.
