Hi guys,
I have 11 years experience in total; 7 with current employer and 4 with the previous one. Since the previous employer is not willing to provide reference letter, shall I update my profile with the current employer alone as it satisfies the minimum experience of more than 3 years? Kindly share your inputs.Thanks

Yes, use only experience you can provide reference letters for.
All other experience you can provide later when you file your eAPR (after ITA) in the personal history section.

Or you can get someone who worked with you in the previous organization to write you a letter corroborating your work there and have that notarized.
