Hello every one i want to apply as fsw . I have 6 year experience( 3 year pharma A and 3 year pharma B) my Question is that i have my experience proof/ letter ( pharma A) which date is 2 - 3-2009 so it is acceptable or not because that pharma now work with another name so what can i do if it is not acceptable? Thank for any reply

It is acceptable without any issue, If your records are there then no problem. It is better for you to get proof that your organization is migrated and provide the same to VO.

Go to the previous Pharma's Human Resource department & tell them you need an experience letter as you cannot find the original experience letter that they provided you. They will issue you an experience letter with the new pharma's name & letterhead pad. Then use this new name in your application form. But, do this before sending the application.
It will take some time, may be 2-3 weeks as they will need to search through old records. But, this hassle is worth the benefits.
