Hi,

I had applied for work permit on Sep 11th and started to work full time from next day itself.
I got 1 year work permit on one year study starting from December 11th 2019.

I have worked for 2 employer
Employer one : 3 months from September 11th to December 4
Employer two : started feb 28th - currently working

my question is can my experience of 3 month(employer one) gets counted under CEC.

No, you were just too lazy to look for it
You asked "an my experience of 3 month(employer one) gets counted under CEC"

Canadian work experience
(3) For the purposes of this section, Canadian work experience is work experience that

  • (a) is acquired by a foreign national in Canada in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;
  • (b) consists of full-time work experience, or the full-time equivalent for part-time work experience, with one or more employers;
  • (c) is acquired within the 10-year period preceding the day on which points are assigned to the foreign national under subsection (1); and
  • (d) is remunerated by the payment of wages or a commission.
"I had applied for work permit on Sep 11th and started to work full time from next day itself."
Were you on implied status? Were you applying for a PGWP? If so, before or after your SP expired?
Are you looking for help from mind readers?
