Experience letters.... :(

Hello guys,
I dont have Contract letters.

Will it be fine if I get the salary and duties specified in experience reference letter ?????

Please guide me sooon.

You need employment contracts and reference letter ( With duties, salary, designation and duration of service) as per guidelines

In case you do not have the employment contract please attach the following documents
1.) Offer letter/Letter of Intent/ Appointment letter
2.) All salary slips
3.) Any appreciation/Training letter
4.) Anything else that can bolster your claim regarding employment

Explain in cover letter the document that you can not produce and the alternate documents you are attaching. Ask them to contact you or employer if any additional verification is required.

Evidence is required for your affiliation with organization (tenure) as well as job scope. Try to cover both issues in the same letter than you will not be asked for appointment letter.

If u r not able to produce all docs, do send an explaination letter in soft language with proper reasons.
