Experience Letters from IBM, HP and Fidelity Investments

Hi There,

Has any one who has worked for companies like IBM, HP and Fidelity Investments managed to get
Reference letters based on CIC format? Finding it difficult reaching them. Is it alright to submit
Offer letter, experience letter and Pay Stubs instead along with the email contacts of the HR for these
Companies?

I emailed separate@in.im.com to get the reference letter from IBM. Initially, they were responding to my emails, but now they are not reachable at all. I have been sending a lot of follow up emails, but they don't seem to respond.Is there any way I can contact them?
