Experience letter

Hello All,

I am applying for Federal Skilled worker PR visa from India and this requires Experience certificate as one of the document .

With the Current employer I am unable to get the Experience certificate with all the details like

Letters must be
written on company letterhead
signed by the responsible officer/supervisor
shows the company full address , telephone and fax no
stamped with company's official seal
Letters must include all of the following information
the specific period of employment with the company
the positions you have held during the employment and the time spent in each position.
your main responsibilities and duties in each section
your total annual salary plus benefits in each position
the no of hours worked per week in each position.

Could you please let know if there is any alternative we can provide to CIC for experience certificate.

Hi , I am also having the same problem of getting experience certificate from present employer . Looking forward to know from seniors if a 3rd party ( like client ,supplier etc ) reference letter can be used as a replacement to state my present experience . Also would like to know if we need to make sure that all the Gaps between our Jobs should be properly filled up ?

Try to get it from ur line manager and attach his visiting card, address, contact no, email id,etc

Whether the letter can be a plain letter without company letter pad and get the signature from the Manager?

Better if you can get it on company letter head if not possible make sure to get it notarized. Take reference letter from your ex colleague or from your line manager (preferred) stating he/ she knows you worked with you and you had performed so and so duties with duration, salary stuff.

Remember to attach their Business cards along with the reference letter, who is signing that + One cover letter explaining your situation.
