Experience Letter

Hello,

I am unable to get REF, work experience letter from my past employer.

They have stated in the email, "As per the xxxx company policies we cannot provide you the detailed Job description" Instead they are just proving the letter stating Joining, reliving date, Title, salary withdrawn. I have all my previous pay slips, offer, joining, reliving letter's.

As per the CIC documents check list the number of hours, and detailed job description should be present in the work experience letter on the company letter head.

I am preparing the documents for the FSWP.

Kindly suggest me the alternate option that would be totally accepted by CIC Guy's.

You need to attached this email as a proof that you are not able to get work experience letter having job details . They understand this....

what about if i get the simple experience letter from my company and the job description one from one of my supervisor who in past worked with me for couple of years and is now working with another company..

I worked in the same organization from april 2009 to june 2012..and he worked from arnd june 2009 to april 2011.

Please do correct me if I am wrong in google the answer to this concern, learned from other sources.

I can have one or two reference letters from ex-colleagues with whom I have worked with on affidavit, depicting the detailed JD with their Business cards as required by CIC.

Plus as you have mentioned the refusal letter from HR, and explaining the situtaion and reason for not providing the JD on company letter head to CIC.

Is there any thing I can do more in order to refuse the rejection, how much are the chances to succeed in this.

If you are looking for letter having job description letter ( job more than 3 to 5 yrs old ) , then no need to get till job description level

Mainly the experience letter for last 2 jobs will be sufficient having job description

I am not very sure about affidavit having job description with business card ( i had not done that).....you can attached it, there is no harm in that

Attaching the email as proof of not getting the letter by job description will definitely help u

This will not lead to rejection

Well in my case I am referring to my Last job (1st Job), hopefully present employer might give the detailed JD, just now applied.

Hoping for the best.

I had 4 to 5 jobs in my career......I had provided the detailed work experience with salary figure also for last job

Rest all jobs i have given experience certificate showing tenure, designation (must) and general statement on company letter head in original
