I have worked for a telecommunication company for 4 years and 3 months. Initially when I was hired I was outsourced from a company A and this company asked me to work at this Telecom company.
After 2.5 years this company A had some financial crisis due to which they delayed in employees payments and I was left with no choice to move to Company B. The telecom company helped me to move to different recruitment company which was good in treating employees well. I was moved to company B and I stayed with this company B for 4 months when the telecom company themselves moved me into their payroll and I became a full term employee.
Than after that I worked under this telecom company on their payroll for 2 years and 7 months and than I had to leave the company. So in total 4 years and 3 months I completed
Now I want to apply for immigration and I am confused as well as worried on how to justify these things on paper? and will I be able to score good points in terms of experience. For all this time working for this Telecom company my Job title always remained the same and my reporting manager was always the same and I was in fact promoted many times, but the shift in companies and changing my contracts worries me. Will my 4 years and 3 months will be counted with Canadian Immigration applying for PR ?
Can anyone advise me if my case is fine for applying for PR or I dont stand any chances? I am scared of refusal or rejection.
