Experience Letter - Job Description copy paste from NOC description on Internet

Hi everyone,

in noc 3112 (GP) responsibilities mentioned on their website is exactly which I am performing from last few years. It is really hard for HR to make a job letter much different from the wording mentioned on internet. Like "Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures " and similar other responsibilities.

I read on this forum that if responsibilities are copy/paste or rephrased , might be reason for visa rejection.

Please give me some advice.

Ofcourse the officer will see you have copy-pasted and will reject the application. Ask your HR to rephrase things as much as possible. Or you do this activity and ask your HR to sign it.

Thanks Kashjuni for your advice. HR in our organization are happy to copy and paste (which I got now >:( ). Thanks to the members of this forum, after learnt from this forum, copy paste of responsibilities can reject your visa application; then I google my responsibilities written on EL provided by my HR and found JD is copied from internet. Otherwise, I was so happy for HR work.


I will request Senior HR offical to make new EL without copy paste.
 
There are people in the forums who have got their PR with copy-pasted description. Copy paste reduces the legitimacy which might be a cause of rejection especially in the presence of other factors but saying 'of course the visa office will reject' is far from truth and is misinformation.
 
in My company over 300 people have got PR with exact same NOC duties copy pasted.

It's possible; I have 25 peeps in my company who got in last 3 months. Same noc, same letter, just dif dates and names.

My company is the largest tfw to PR's tranforming company in GTA
