I have a question about job experience letter. I have worked in a company for two months, this company has been sold and its name changed. I asked them for a reference letter but they refused simce I am not on the new company HR system. Infact, my social security profile shows this job. Shall I fill this job in express dbtry and in LOE show that I can't get the experience letter, or don't fill it in the EE profile although it is there in my Social Security sheet in case I get ITA?

Whether you should add it or not to the work history section is fully dependent as to whether you need those 2 months of work experience to claim X years of work experience.
If those two months are irrelevant to your application then do not add it.

With those two months My experience will be 5 years, but for EE three years are enough to have the wirk experience points, isn't it? Please tell me if I'm right..

Yes, for foreign work experience the most you can claim are three years of work experience for CRS purposes but up to 6 years of work experience under the six selection factors to be eligible under the FSW program (if you're a CEC applicant this would be irrelevant).
In your specific situation since 4 years and 5 years give the same points under the six selection factors then you can safely remove those 2 months of work experience and add them only in the personal history section once you receive your ITA. No proof of employment will be required for this specific job.

My reference letter is two-page long, the first page is on employee letterhead (the second page is not), and the second page has my supervisor's signature (but not the first page). May I ask if this is acceptable to IRCC? I also attached my tax forms as proof of salary. Thanks.
It is not ideal by any means. Applicants who get reference letters in plain paper are advised to obtain proof that the supervisor/manager works for the company (business card, offer letter, employer ID, etc).
Or, get a letter in letterhead.

Any letter on a letterhead would have all its pages with the letterhead intact. The problem with only certain pages having the letterhead is that, the remaining pages (without the letterhead) would be considered suspicious and thought of as added-pages instead of genuine ones. My suggestion would be to get all the pages in the company letterhead, else get the letter notarized and have the employer business card attached. Good luck.
