Experience Letter from Indian Companies

Hi There,

The experience letters from most companies include Designation, start date/end date along with signature on the letter head.
Unfortunately they don't include the below from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

Must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits;

This is common for companies like Wipro, HP, IBM, Fidelity investments etc Is there a solution for this?

You need to specifically ask them as it is a CIC requirement.

Can I attach the offer letters along with the experience letters in that case? the offer letters include Job Duties and salary which
are missing from the experience letter.

You can do that as a last resort, but try if you can get that in your reference letter.

Thanks, These MNC's are such a pain. My first Company [wipro] that I have worked for 2 years and I can't find the offer letter and I am skeptic that they will even accommodate such a request so planning to just not show that I worked [skipping them], this is not fare but can't think of any options.
