Experience letter from a Sole Proprietorship Firm in India is valid?

Hello all,

Please clarify my doubt! I work as a Hardware Engineer in a Sole Proprietorship firm where around 8 people are working in India for the past two years. The firm is registered with TIN (Tax Information Number) and CST. But it is not listed in Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) India.

Is the experience letter from my firm valid to apply under Skill A of NOC 2133 for FSW EE 2015? Am I eligible?

Size of the employer should not be an issue as long as you satisfy the reference letter requirement mentioned in the link below:

CIC may also conduct a web search of the employer. Its good if there is a website with contact info of the employer.
