I'm not forced to chase after 5 of those letters
2 of the companies dissolved long back so there is no where for me to get a letterhead when asked .... The official response was to get a previous colleague of seniority to sworn reference you (i.e getting it notarized) this only works in the case of the dissolved companies or those that no longer exist or operate.

As for the other 3 well.
it's going to be a busy week ahead where i will have to chase them for the same.

Hi all,
I used to work for an MNC in India..
I obtained an experience letter from them for PR application under FSW.
However, the designation they have mentioned is of a Junior Customer Service Executive since I belonged to That department..
The Job description they mentioned falls under NOC B(Technical support and IT)..

Kindly let me know if thats fine or do I need to be a bit worried about my designation..

Advise is much appreciated..

Thanks,
Akash

As far as your job duties fall into the respective NOC, they are not much bothered with your Post during employment.
But, be sure to include all the essential duties under the same NOC.

Hi there,
I'd be grateful if someone could tell me whether I must provide some bank statements that I had been paid for my duties from company that I used to work for. Moreover, do I need to provide pay stubs?
Thank you In advance

If you have the detailed reference letter no need for pay stubs

I work in a product company, based in Bangalore as a Software Engineer. I have 3.3 years of job experience by now. It seems my company HR will not issue work experience letter in scenarios other than going for higher education or leaving the company. In such a scenario, how can I prove my job experience and my roles and responsibilities as a Software Engineer after serving my organization for more than 3 years.

Which documents can serve the purpose?

I can arrange an experience letter mentioning "for the purpose of higher education" on the top of it.
Do you recommend to get such letter?

Hi,

I have worked as a bookkeeper for 1 year in India and my 80% duties and responsibilities match with the NOC 1311. Does it need to be all the duties and responsibilities as mentioned by CIC?

Hi,

I have worked as a bookkeeper for 1 year in India and my 80% duties and responsibilities match with the NOC 1311. Does it need to be all the duties and responsibilities as mentioned by CIC?

How did you calculated the percentage of your roles and responsibilities with NOC 1311. If possible, could you please post your roles and responsibilities on this page this would be really helpful for me as few of my roles are matching with the same NOC 1311 and i can also come to conclusion with the percentage..

Hope to hear from you :)...

Is it a must to get reference letter for each job you have held in the past? I only want to claim CRS points for the job experience in my current company which is 1 year. Please help?

This letter must be Notarised or No need to get it stamped from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs...

Can anyone, who have got PR, share a work experience letter for our reference?
What are the mandatory fields to be filled in it and what are the optional ones?
I need some help guys as I don't want to ruin my application by missing out something.

If I am not wrong,
If ur not claiming points for that work experience, you do not need to mention it in employment history I guess, cos it will again open another "employment history 2" button to submit proof for that employment. You can just mention it in personal history.
