Can some one post me the format of the experience letter to prove our experience, i am working as full time for the last 4 years. is there some letter i need to submit for FSW to prove our experience. Please clarify and let me know the format

Dear this might help

Letter must include all of the following information:
• The specific period of your employment with the company
• The positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
• Your main responsibilities and duties in each position
• Your total annual salary plus benefits in each position
• The number of hours worked per week in each position
Letter must be:
• written on company letterhead,
• signed by the responsible officer/supervisor,
• show company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
• stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable)
Reference [Document checklist IMM 5612]

Just answer the above mention points, in main responsibilities make sure they match around 80 % mentioned for your NOC

Does the letter has to have a physical signature? I dont work with my employer any more so the previous manager will not sign. That means only HR centre of my previous company can give employment letter. The company's HR does not do physical signature instead they just write the address and phone number of the HR contact centre.

Will this still work as a experience letter?

To whom should the letter address to, CIC or to Canada Embassy or some other title
• signed by the responsible officer/supervisor,
• show company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
• stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable)

Just answer the above mention points, in main responsibilities make sure they match around 80 % mentioned for your NOC
